Go-E chargers are not included in our standard Installer Partner packages. Go-E chargers can however be configured by the installer or driver via the Go-E app.

Updating URL in the app:
Go to Settings > OCPP and configure based on your network type:
Option A: Public Internet Connection (Most Common)
For chargers with a public internet gateway (WiFi, SIM card, Ethernet)- URL:

Option B: Northe SIM Card
For chargers using a NORTHE SIM card, it has to be connected to an internal host- URL:

Enable "Append SN to URL"
Check this checkbox in the OCPP settings

Add the charger to the customer's Northe account
The last 6 digits should be used when connecting the charge box to the customer’s Northe account. The charger can be added either before or after it has been configured. Once configured successfully, it will show as online.
