We support connections for Charge Amps models; Halo, Dawn & Aura, so that you can use Northe to start and stop charging sessions at home, and receive reimbursement for your home charging.

Contact our customer support team, and we'll connect your Charge Amps-charger to Northe:
IMPORTANT - Once you have your charge box connected to Northe, you will not have access to any charger configurations in the Charge Amps portal, e.g. backlight intensity. Please ensure you have configured your charge box before requesting a Northe connection.
1. Submit a request - https://support.northecharge.com/hc/requests/new
- Make sure you supply the email address connected to your Northe account.
- Make sure you include these details in your request description:
- Number of charge boxes
- Charge Amps model, e.g. Halo, Aura, Dawn
- Charger Serial Number S/N, e.g. 02217816DC0FD
- PIN code, e.g. ########
- Which of the following connection options does your charge box support:
Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or SIM card -
If it involves multiple charge boxes, you can attach a file with all the information instead.
2. When your request has been processed we'll confirm that your charge box is connect.
You will receive an email from Northe once your charge box is connected - it will include instructions for how to get the most out of your Northe experience.
