Connect your Garo GLB+ to Northe
We support connections for the Garo GLB+ OCPP-enabled charge box so that you can use Northe to start and stop charging sessions at home. Once connected to Northe, fleet drivers can also have their home charging costs automatically reimbursed by Northe.

IMPORTANT - Updating configurations on the Garo GLB+ charger requires a high level of technical skills and should be actioned by a certified installer.
1. Submit a request - https://support.northecharge.com/hc/requests/new
- Make sure you supply the email address you use for logging into Northe
2. You will be contacted by one of Northe’s installer partners to organise a time for your consultation. This will require a technician to visit your site and update some configurations on your Garo box.
3. You will receive an email from Northe once your box is connected - it will include instructions for how to get the most out of your Northe experience.
