How to find your charge box and start a charging session in the app:
- Go to the “Charging” menu in the app.
- You can find your charge box in two ways:
- Via the charging map, where it is shown as a house icon (you may need to zoom in on the map), or
- By searching for your home address in the search field.
- Click on the house icon and select your charge box. If you searched by address, select your charge box from the list that appears.
- From this view, you can start a charging session by clicking “Start regular charging”. Before starting a session, make sure you have selected the correct profile.
- If your charge box model supports it, you can also use our smart charging feature. Set a charging end time and then click “Start Smart Charging”.
