How to find your charge box and start a charging session in the app.
Your charge box will appear on the charging map as a house icon, but you can also find it by following these steps:
- Go to the Home menu in the app.
- Toggle to "Charging" at the top.
- Select your charge box.
From this view, you can start a charging session by clicking "Start regular charging". Before starting a session, make sure you have selected the correct profile.
If your charge box model supports it, you can also use our smart charging feature: set a charging end time, then click "Start Smart Charging".
