When you charge your car at home, you start the charging process by:
- Connecting the cable between the car and the charge box
- Start charging via the Northe app or with your charge key.
Once your charge box is connected to Northe, charging must be started via Northe (either through the app or your charge key). It is not possible to use other third-party apps, such as Zaptec or Easee.
On your Northe account, you have two profiles that you can switch between, depending on whether you're charging for work or personal use:
Business Profile
- All home charging sessions registered to this profile will be reimbursed.
- If your company or leasing company has issued you a charge key, it should be added to this profile.
Private / Guest Profile
- If you have a private car or guests that want to charge, you can select the “Private/Guest profile” on your account in the Northe app before starting a session.
- You can also order a charge key directly in the app and register it to this profile.
