What to do if your charging cable is stuck
If your charging cable becomes blocked or stuck, please contact the charging operator (CPO) directly. They are able to help you safely release the cable. Unfortunately, we at Northe are not able to assist with such problems.
You can usually find the CPO’s contact details on the charging station itself, such as a phone number or support email.
