If you don’t see any charging stations in Germany, the Netherlands, or other countries in continental Europe, it’s because we’ve currently paused our B2C services outside of the Nordic countries.
We recently announced that we'll temporarily pause charging for private customers in continental Europe.
This change will not affect our B2B customers or any of our ongoing business partnerships - if you have a company account it will keep working as normal across Europe.
What has changed and why:
- We are integrating our systems with our new parent company, Virta, to bring you a more reliable app experience, broader network coverage, and improved pricing transparency.
- During this integration, private-customer charging with the Northe app will remain available in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
- Private charging in other European countries will be temporarily unavailable.
The service was paused on October 14, 2025, and we currently do not have a timeline for when it will resume in Continental Europe. As soon as we have more information, we will let you know.
