1. Log in to your Northe account in the app.
Log in to your Northe account in the app. Enter your email address and password.
2. Go to the Home menu
Once you are logged in to your Northe account, go to Home menu.
3. Select to 'Setup'
Toggle to "Setup" at the top.
4. Edit reimbursement amount
Click the reimbursement and enter your next amount. When you're done, click Done.
Always double check that the amount was saved correctly.
Note: If you have variable kWH prices at home, you can adjust the reimbursement level at any time. However, it is important to note that the responsibility for these adjustments lies with you as a fleet customer. We recommend establishing a fixed price in communication with your company.
