After placing your order with Elbilsvaruhuset, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to download their installation app. Follow the steps and book your installation.
Complete the Form
Complete the required forms in the installation app. After that, you and the electrician will schedule a date and time for the installation.

Connected with an Installer
Once you have completed the installation form, you will be contacted by an installation coordinator. Together, you will review any questions and schedule a time for the installation.
Product Delivery
The products will be delivered to the specified delivery address.
Note: Please be aware that your order may be split into multiple packages, and all packages must be received before the installation can take place.
Installation
An electrician will visit your home at the agreed time. After the installation is completed, a final inspection and quality check will be carried out.
Allow up to 24 hours after installation before your charge box is connected to your Northe account.
