Ordering a Home Charge Box
Follow the steps below to order a home charge box through Northe and our installation partner, Elbilsvaruhuset.
1. Order Initiation
To order a charge box, please contact your leasing company, fleet manager, or employer. They will initiate the order through the Northe Portal.
2. Receive Your Unique Order Link
Once the order has been initiated, you will receive a unique order link via email from Northe.
Click the link to begin the ordering process with Elbilsvaruhuset.
3. Complete Your Order

Your Fleet Member ID and Fleet Reference ID will already be pre-filled in the order form, follow the steps to complete your order.
Important: You cannot place an order until your leasing company, fleet manager, or employer has initiated the process. If you attempt to place an order without a valid order initiation, you will receive an error message.

Select your Charge Box Package
Choose the charge box package and any accessories that best suit your needs.

Enter your details
Provide the required information such as name, address, contact details, any additional information required.
4. Order Confirmation & Next Steps
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order summary and instructions about the next steps related to the installation process
