Guide: Disconnect Your Charger from Northe’s System (Easee)
Step 1 – Disconnect in the Easee Portal
- Log in to the Easee Portal: https://control.easee.com/
- Locate your charger.
- Go to Tools → Operators.
- Click the red X to remove Northe as the operator.
(It may take a few minutes for the change to take effect.) - Select your preferred operator.
Step 2 – Remove the Charger from the Northe App
- Log in to the Northe app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Home Charging and then your charger.
- Click Delete to remove the charger from your account.
