When using Google Pay or Apple Pay as the payment method, a temporary reservation (600 SEK, 600 NOK, 500 DKK, 60 EUR) is made on your account for each charging session.
Sometimes, there can be a delay in receiving session data from the charging operator (CPO). This may cause the reservation to not be released immediately.
The reservation is usually released back to your account within 3 working days, depending on your bank.
If the reserved amount has not been returned after 7 working days, please contact our support team for assistance. You can also contact your bank and they can assist you with releasing the funds.
