Temporary reservation when using Apple Pay or Google Pay
When you start a charging session using Apple Pay or Google Pay as your payment method, a temporary reservation is placed on your account (600 SEK, 60 EUR, 500 DKK, 600 NOK)
Why is this amount reserved?
This is a pre-authorisation to ensure there are sufficient funds for your charging session. It’s not a final charge.
What happens after the session ends?
Once your charging session is completed and registered, the actual cost of the session is charged. And the remaining balance from the reservation is automatically refunded to your account.
What if the session fails or the charger doesn't work?
If the charging session fails or the charger malfunctions, the entire reserved amount is automatically refunded.
When will I get the money back?
Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 2–3 working days, depending on your bank and card provider. If you haven't received the balance after 7 working days, please contact our support team.
