Control who can access your fleet data by inviting users and assigning them appropriate roles and permissions.
How to Invite Users to the Portal
- In the Portal, navigate to the Users section.
- Click “Invite User” to start the invitation process.
- Enter User Information
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional) - Assign a Role
- Admin: Full access to all fleets, drivers, vehicles and users. Can add, update, and delete.
- Manager: Access is limited to selected fleets. Can add, update, and delete.
- Viewer: Access is limited to selected fleets. Can only view data. - Set Fleet Permissions (if applicable)
For Managers and Viewers, assign access to specific fleets. - Click Invite to send the invitation.
The user will receive an email with instructions to activate their account and create a password. They can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for increased security.
