If you haven't received an order link from Northe. Please contact your fleet manager, employer, or leasing company. Once they have initiated the order, you will receive an order link via email from Northe. Then simply follow the steps below to complete your order:
1. Go to the Takecharge and Northe webpage: https://takecharge.dk/northe/
2. To place an order, enter the Fleet Reference ID and Fleet Member ID that you received from Northe.
3. Once you have entered the required Fleet information, the address and other information regarding the delivery will be automatically added by the information available in the Northe Portal.
4. After pressing the 'Order' button, you will receive an order confirmation to confirm your order.
When your order has been received by Takecharge:
1. You will receive a welcome email from the installer to which you must respond.
2. The installer makes a virtual review of your installation.
3. You agree on the same date for the installation.
4. Charging equipment is sent directly to you, so it is left to the installer.
5. Charge box is installed and the installer connects the charge box to your Northe account, and you'll receive an email from Northe with instructions.
