Your charge key can only be activated on the account it was originally ordered for. If your company or leasing company ordered the charge key, you need to activate it on your business profile.
If you receive the error message "You are not allowed to perform this action", please double-check that you’ve selected the correct profile and that you’re logged in to the correct account.
Always use your email address and password to log in to your business account. Avoid using other login methods such as BankID, Apple ID, or Google login, as these will create a separate account.
