If your voucher credit is no longer visible in your account, it may have expired. Please note that any remaining balance not used before the expiration date will be lost once the voucher expires.
How to check your voucher’s expiration date:
- Open the app and go to Settings
- Select 'Northe Credits'
- Here you can see all your redeemed vouchers and their expiration dates
If you don’t see any vouchers listed, double-check that you’re logged into the correct account. You may have multiple accounts, and vouchers are only available on the account they were originally redeemed on.
