2. Create an account
Create an account with your email address and password, or use another of the available log in methods.

3. Verify your account
Before you can start a charging session or redeem a voucher, you need to verify your account. Follow these steps:
1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Select Account Details and click 'Verify Account'
3. Enter your email address and click 'Submit'
Check your email inbox for a verification message and follow the instructions provided to complete the process.
4. Add a payment method
You can use a credit/debit card or pay using ApplePay or GooglePay for your charging.
To add your card in the app, navigate to Settings > Payment Methods > Add Credit Card.
Please note, that to successfully connect a card and start a session:
- The card must be enabled for online and international transactions
- Your bank may need you to verify the card
- The card is valid and all details (expiry date, CVV2) are correct
Paying using ApplePay or GooglePay:
You can use ApplePay or GooglePay to pay for your charging session directly on the charging session screen. Select ApplePay/GooglePay in payment methods and start charging.
5. How to order and register a Charge Key
To order a Charge Key, navigate to Settings > Charge Keys > ORDER CHARGE KEY, fill in your details and submit your order.
Please note that Charge Keys are currently only available to order for customers located in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
To register your Charge Key, go to Settings > Charge Keys > REGISTER CHARGE KEY, select which profile you want to add your Charge Key to. Scan the QR code on the back of the Charge Key or enter the serial number manually.
6. Add a car to your account
- Navigate to 'Vehicle Hub' on the main screen.
- Click on the 'Set up my vehicle'.
- Add your vehicle details:
- You can add your vehicle by adding your license plate number. Adding your car with a license number is currently available in limited countries, and we are gradually expanding this feature. (Note: It's not possible to add vehicles with personalized registration/license plate numbers).
- You can search for your car model and add the vehicle if you are unable to search using your car license plate.
- Click on 'ADD' to add the car to your account.
It's recommended to connect to the car system after adding the car. Click on your vehicle and then ''CONNECT TO CAR'' and follow the steps to connect the car to your Northe account.
