When your employer has created a fleet account and added your credentials, you will receive an email asking you to activate your new Northe account. If you haven't received an invitation email, please check your spam folder before asking the account administrator to resend the invitation.
Please follow the steps in the email to get started with Northe or read the instructions below.
1. Invitation sent to your email
Open the email sent from info@northe.app, download the Northe app and follow the steps to set up your account.
2. Open the Northe App
1. Open the Northe App and click on 'Log in'.
Please note - Don't use any of the other login methods, as this creates a separate account.
2. Sign in with the credentials registered by your company.
You are now ready to charge your EV with the Northe App!
