How to activate your account
When your employer has created a fleet account and added you as a user, an activation email will be sent to the email address they registered for you.
⚠️ Haven’t received the email? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, ask your administrator to resend the invitation, or follow the steps below.
1. Download the Northe app
- Download the Northe app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and select "Log in"
- Select "Log in" and use the credentials provided by your employer. Important: Do not use BankID, Apple, or Google login - this will create a separate, personal account.
- If you haven’t received a password, we recommend selecting "Forgot password" to reset your login.
3. Your account is now activated
- Once logged in, you can start using the Northe app to charge your vehicle, both privately and via your company account. No need to wait for a physical charge key.
- You have two profiles in your account that you can switch between:
- Business profile – all charging costs are invoiced to your company and/or leasing provider.
- Private profile – you pay for the charges yourself and will need to register a payment card.
