Activating your Northe Mileage Tracker and Trip Log is a simple 2 step process. You’ll be up and running in no time at all.
1. Connect your tracker
Connect your tracker via the vehicle's OBD-ll port, usually located under the steering wheel.
- What if I can’t find my OBD-II port?
- Contact Northe Customer Support for guidance
- What if my mileage tracker doesn’t fit or reach the OBD-II port?
- Contact Northe Customer Support, and we’ll arrange for an adapter to be sent to you
2. Provide an odometer reading
- Open the Northe Driver App
- Provide the starting odometer reading for your vehicle - you will see a pop up when you first use the app, after connecting your tracker.
- In a hurry? You can provide this odometer reading later, in Settings > Mileage Tracker
You’re good to go! Take a trip in your fleet vehicle, and the details will automatically show up in your Trip Log for categorization.
