Your fleet manager can place an order for a Mileage tracker for you, through the Northe Partner Portal. Please reach out to your fleet manager directly, and ask for a Northe Mileage Tracker.
For fleet managers
You can place an order for a Mileage Tracker via the Northe Partner Portal. First, log in to the Northe Partner Portal: https://northe.app/portal/login
Note - for leasing company fleets, you should contact your leasing company account manager for them to place an order.
Ordering a tracker for a new driver can be done when you first add a driver on the Drivers page. Simply check the box under the “Mileage Reporting” section to place an order for a Mileage Tracker.
Please provide your vehicle registration number if you know it already, as it will ensure the driver receives any required adapters for their specific make and model.
If you need to order a tracker for an existing driver, find the driver's profile and click the ‘Edit’ button in the top right of your screen. Then check the box "Order milage tracker" according to the above instructions and click on click update driver.
Once an order has been placed, your driver will receive a delivery within 4 business days. If you are unsure about the status of your delivery, please contact Northe Customer Support.
