Placing an order with Takecharge
Northe collaborates with Takecharge so that you, as a leasing customer, can order a home charge box and get it installed. Takecharge takes care of the installation and subsequent maintenance of your home charge box.
How to place an order with Takecharge:
1. Go to the Takecharge and Northe webpage: https://takecharge.dk/northe/
2. To place an order, enter the Fleet Reference ID and Fleet Member ID that you received from Northe.
3. Once you have entered the required Fleet information, the address and other information regarding the delivery will be automatically added by the information available in the Northe Portal.
4. After pressing the ''Order'' button, you will receive an order confirmation to confirm your order.
💡Note: The provided home charge box with Takecharge is a Zaptec Go. The package contains a Zaptec Go charging stand, a quality type 2 charging cable (5 meters), and a cable holder.
When your order has been received by Takecharge:
1. You will receive a welcome email from the installer to which you must respond.
2. The installer makes a virtual review of your installation.
3. You agree on the same date for the installation.
4. Charging equipment is sent directly to you, so it is left to the installer.
5. You are onboarded through the Northe App.
