It will now be possible to delete a driver and remove it from a fleet easily by yourself. However, the driver will still be able to access their primary Billing Account (My Account) or any other associated fleets.
This feature enables our users to have more control over the process!
How to delete a driver
- Find the driver you want to delete in the 'Drivers' table or choose a specific fleet in the 'Fleets' table.
- Click on the 'Actions' button or the three dots to the right for the specific driver.
- Click on 'Delete'.
- Confirm your deletion in the pop-up
💡This action cannot be reversed and will result in the following:
- The driver will be removed from the fleet.
- The driver's account will be archived.
- The driver's charge keys will be unassigned, and any pending orders will be cancelled.
- Any access to service vehicles will be revoked.
