1. Welcome to Northe
This is a start-up guide for companies and fleets that charge their vehicles at public charge points.
Whether you're directly connected to Northe or you have been invited through a partner, this guide aims to walk you through the key features of the Northe User Portal.
In the User Portal, you as an administrator can set up Billing Accounts (cost centers), invite and remove users, connect charge keys, see consumption in real-time, download reports, get an overview of the Northe charging network, and much more.

Username and Password
- You get your credentials from Northe
- The password can be changed in the User Portal under 'Settings'.

2. Get started with Northe User Portal
You have now logged in to your default view
Here you'll have a total overview of your fleet in the navigation bar:
- All Billing accounts
- Total Sessions of all Billing Accounts
- All Charge keys connected to each Billing Account
- Find a station
Settings
Your Fleet name will appear on the top right corner where you can access settings to:
- Change fleet information
- Change password
- Log Out
Quick access
The three buttons next to your Fleet name provide quick access to:
- New features
- Help Center
- Notifications
