How to add a payment method

You can use a credit/debit card or pay using ApplePay or GooglePay for your charging sessions.

Adding a Credit/Debit card:

To add your card in the app, navigate to Settings > Payment Methods > Add Credit Card. You'll need to add your card details on the next screen to add your card.

Please note, that to successfully connect a card and start a session:

  • The card must be enabled for online and international transactions
  • Your bank may need you to verify the card 
  • The card is valid and all details (expiry date, CVV2) are correct

Paying using ApplePay or GooglePay:

You can use ApplePay or GooglePay to pay for your charging session directly on the charging session screen. Select ApplePay/GooglePay in payment methods and start charging.
