You can view your charging sessions and summary on your Northe app and the browser
On the App:
- Navigate to "Vehicle Hub."
- Tap on "Charging Sessions" in the menu.
- Use the date filter to specify your start and end dates.
- View a comprehensive list of your charging sessions.
- Click on a specific session to access the detailed PDF invoice.
On the Browser:
- Log in to the user portal with your registered credentials.
- Select "Sessions" in the left tab for a comprehensive list of your charging sessions.
- To download a specific session's PDF invoice, click on the three dots (â‹®) at the end of each row.
Your charging history and invoices are at your fingertips! However please note that sessions and invoices may not appear instantaneously and may take up to 24 hours to update.
