To add a car:
- Navigate to ''My Car'' on the main screen.
- Click on ''Add Vehicle''.
- Add your vehicle details:
- You can add your vehicle by adding your license plate number. Adding your car with a license number is currently available in limited countries, and we are gradually expanding this feature. (Note: It's not possible to add vehicles with personalized registration/license plate numbers).
- You can search for your car model and add the vehicle if you are unable to search using your car license plate.
- Click on ''ADD'' to add the car to your account.
Rest assured, you can still explore charging locations and use our services without adding your car to your account.
It's recommended to connect to the car system after adding the car to use the route planner. Click on ''CONNECT TO CAR'' and follow the steps to connect the car to your Northe account.
We've partnered with a third party to continuously expand the list of supported electric vehicles (EVs). If your car model isn't currently supported, check back in a few weeks as our list is regularly updated.
If you encounter difficulties connecting your car, please contact our support team by submitting a request. Include a screenshot of the error for efficient resolution.
