1. Log into the User Portal
To log in, visit https://northe.app/account/login and enter your email and password. If this is the first time you are signing in, your password will default to your fleet member ID.
2. Go to Charge boxes → Select your charge box
On the left-hand sidebar, click on “Charge boxes” and then click on the row next to your charge box name. This will show general info about your charge box.
3. Edit price
In the general info, click on “Edit price”. This will open up a form where you can edit the reimbursement price. Enter your new price in the new value field. If your fleet has a maximum reimbursement amount, you will see this under the new value field. To save your changes, click on the “Save” button.
Note: If you have variable kWH prices at home, you can adjust the reimbursement level at any time. However, it is important to note that the responsibility for these adjustments lies with the fleet customer. We recommend establishing a fixed price in communication with your company.
