1. Log in to your Northe account in the app.
Log in to your Northe account in the app. Enter your email address and password.
2. Go to Settings
Once you are logged in to your Northe account, go to Settings and then Home Charging.
3. Edit reimbursement amount
To be able to edit your reimbursement amount, you first have to add your bank account.
Go to Reimbursement Settings, click on Reimbursement amount, and edit the amount. When you're done, click OK.
Note: If you have variable kWH prices at home, you can adjust the reimbursement level at any time. However, it is important to note that the responsibility for these adjustments lies with you as a fleet customer. We recommend establishing a fixed price in communication with your company.
