When your employer has created a fleet account and added your credentials, you will receive an email asking you to activate your new Northe account. If you haven't received an invitation email, please check your spam folder before asking the account administrator to resend the invitation.
Please follow the steps in the email to get started with Northe or read the instructions below.
01. Activate your account
1. Invitation sent to your email
1. Open the email sent from info@northe.app and click on 'Activate my account'.
2. In the browser, follow the three steps to activate your Northe account by downloading the Northe App.
2. Open the Northe App
1. Open the Northe App and click on 'log in'. NOTE! Don't use any of the other login methods.
2. Sign in with your credentials registered by your administrator.
You are now ready to charge your EV with the Northe App!
02. Charge Keys
If your employer has ordered a charge key, you will receive it in the mail with a welcome letter. The welcome letter includes instructions on how to register the charge key in the Northe App and how to use it to charge your EV. The same instructions are available below.
Add a charge key in the Northe App.
1. Open the Northe App and go to 'Settings'.
2. Go to 'Charge keys' and click on 'Register charge keys'
3. Register your charge key on your Northe account by choosing profile and scan the QR code on the back of the charge key or enter the 8-digit serial number.
4. Your charge key is now registered!
NOTE! Make sure to choose the correct profile before you register the charge key – your business profile.

03. Charge your car
In the Northe App, you have access to all the tools you need to charge your car. The charge key is a complement, but together with the Northe App, you have everything you need for a smooth charging experience with Northe.
Charge with the Northe App
Follow the steps below to switch between charging on your private profile or business profile. The profile you choose is the account that will be charged when starting a charging session. You can always switch profiles before every session.
1. Change your profile in 'Settings' and click on 'Private/Guest Profile' or 'Business Profile' at the top of the menu. Or switch profiles before starting a session when you have chosen your station.
2. Choose the charging station and plug in the Northe App. Start the session by pressing 'Start'.
3. Plug the cable into your car. The charging session will start within a few seconds. (You can follow the session in the Northe App).
4. Stop the charging session by pressing 'Stop' in the Northe App. You can find all completed charging sessions under 'Charging sessions' in the 'Vehicle hub' menu.
NOTE! Some stations require you to plug the cable into your car before starting the charging session. If an error occurs, you will receive instructions on how to resolve the issue via the Northe App.
