Placing an order with Evify
Northe has partnered with Evify so that you, as a leasing customer, can order a home charge box and get it installed. Evify takes care of the installation and subsequent maintenance of your home charge box.
How to place an order with Evify:
1. Go to the Evify and Northe webpage: https://northe.evify.eu/sv/
2. To place an order, enter the Fleet Reference ID and Fleet Member ID that you received from Northe.
3. Once you have entered the required Fleet information, you will need to enter all the necessary information about the driver with whom the charging box is to be installed. Make sure you have the correct information such as the name, address, and contact information.
4. Once all of the information is filled in, you need to select a package. There are two different packages to choose from.
5. You will now be able to view a compilation of your order and be able to create a quotation. This will show you the price for the selected charge box and other costs that may be added.
How to order home charge boxes for multiple drivers:
1. Press the ''Click here'' text above the order ID form.
2. Download the template and fill in the required information.
3. Upload your file by clicking on the ''Choose file'' button and press ''Preview file''.
4. When you are done press the ''Order'' button to complete your order.
💡Note: that to use the file upload method on Evify’s site, the file must be in an XLSX or CSV format and have the following headers.
